Prepare a mini self-intro deck using our template, plus complete secret pre-camp tasks.

Day one: Speakers, guests, workshops & theme

Engage in exclusive opportunities like podcast appearances with high-profile individuals or deep dives into your craft. Networking activities are also included.

Day two: Build, co-learn, connect

Engage in exclusive opportunities like podcast appearances with high-profile individuals or deep dives into your craft. Fun adventures & team building are also included at camp grounds. (Feels like a reality tv show)

Day 3: Launch, celebrate, special guests & closing

Special guests from creative fields join for closing events where we offer everyone gifts and prizes. Leave with unforgettable experiences and new connections.

Day 4 (optional) - have fun and explore the city

Explore the city with new friends made during camp. This is a great opportunity for those visiting the city for the first time.

We know you'd love IRL camp to last forever, but don't worry—there's always next time! While we prioritize giving new members a chance to attend, if you’re passionate about camp, consider becoming an alumni and help lead the next one as a camp leader.

How are invites sent for IRL Camp?

Look out for a slack or email invite link. Invites are decided by alumni coaches and camp leaders one month in advance.

How can I express interest? What if I am not a member?

Fill out the interest form above at the top of the page, and we will reach out if we believe you qualify.

What if my plans change?

Full refunds are available if you cancel at least a week in advance, allowing us to offer your spot to another invitee.

Will I be able to attend IRL Camp after my cohorts?

Yes, cohort participants are usually granted invites. Please apply and indicate your interest early.

What if I need to travel and require a visa?

Most camp locations are US-friendly, but international participants should check visa requirements early.

Why do I need to purchase a ticket for IRL Camp?

Tickets cover venue logistics and are fully spent on the camp experience, including housing, food, speakers, and more. We aim to continuously improve camp quality, and eventually, we hope to eliminate ticket costs without compromising the experience.

How do I become a camp leader?

Usually if you loved camp so much and want to attend camp again, reach out during camp to see if you have what it takes to become a future camp leader. This is a small private group separate from the core uxgo/design buddies team.
