Cohort Prerequisites: 0-3 yoe, active membership or alumni account + two completed case studies or completed the 10 week project cohort
Duration: 8 weeks live

Start building your portfolio using your preferred site builder or Webflow template. Understand what makes a bad portfolio boring & cookie cutter.

Week 3: Resume advanced workshop - landing 2x more offers

Finalize resume with team, coach, and HR evaluations. Understand how effective your improved resume is.

Week 4: Portfolio case study review

Week 5: Portfolio content design

Optional irl camp: Attend 3 day irl camp

Irl camp's are invite only, if you performed well in your cohort, you should have earned admission to one of these camps. Note: traveling may be needed, all camp's are irl.

8 week job hunting cohorts FAQ

What is the tution of this co-hort?

The cohort starts at $850 for members, with a $200 grant available. Upon successful graduation and completion, members are offered a $200 grant (requires completion of 6/8 weekly check-ins and homework).

Scholarships & Grants?

Sign up with a friend and each earn an additional $100 scholarship. Please write each others email on the application when paying to indicate this. (We will reach out on slack to grant refunds)

Full scholarships are limited and offered to one or two students per cohort. These scholarships are awarded based on merit and are publicly announced after being selected by a committee of coaches and alumni, not based on financial need.

What type of cohort is right for me?

Start with the 10 week project cohort if you need experience. This way you gain real internship or project experiences to write on your resume and case studies to add onto your portfolio. If your resume and case study are lacking after this cohort, join the project cohort later.

Can I do this at the same time with the 10-week project cohort?

Yes, if you lack projects, this is recommended. Alternatively, you can do it after completing the 10-week project cohort.

Why are cohorts not part of regular membership?

Cohorts offer synchronous, live teaching, while memberships are self-paced and better suited for those who already have interviews.

Will I be able to attend IRL camp after my cohorts?

Yes, cohort participants are invited to IRL camps, but separate tickets need to be purchased. (irl camp is an all inclusive co-living, co-learning experience at premium venues) Travel expenses are not included in tickets.

ps. lot's of members want to attend irl camp, joining a cohort does not guarantee your spot at irl camp.

What if I drop out the cohort?

Absolutely! Spiral is designed with flexibility in mind, allowing you to customize your workspace with templates, themes, and layout options to match your personal or team's workflow preferences.
