a. Membership in the Service is available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. Refund Policy : UXGO holds no obligation to provide refunds under any circumstances. All sales and payments are conclusively considered non-refundable. Nevertheless, UXGO retains the discretion to make exceptions at its sole discretion.
Peer to peer Coaching Sessions
a. The Service provides one-on-one coaching sessions between coaches and members in a variety of ways, real time, in person, virtual, team classes, etc. ("All are defined as Coaching Sessions").
a. Members agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and purposes deemed appropriate by UXGO.
Intellectual Property &Â Insights
a. The Service and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, are owned by UXGO. The Company and are protected by United States and international copyright laws.
Termination/Cancelation/Refunds
a. The Company may terminate a member's membership in the Service for any reason at any time.
a. The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service.

Members agree to indemnify and hold the Company, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents harmless from any and all claims, demands, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of or in connection with the member's use of the Service.
