Membership FAQ

Could I still use UXGO for paid access? 

We’re most likely removing paid access for the membership itself. The community will be free to join once accepted. However, coaching sessions with your selected coaches will still be paid, as those fees go directly to the coaches.

Are there free trials?

Free trials will be discontinued with this update as we transition to a socially-driven, invite-only club system.

How are insights kept up to date for 2025?

We audit and upgrade all insights annually, ensuring they remain relevant.

How does "Alumni Insights @ UXGO" differ from ADPList?

ADPList is more like LinkedIn, great for networking and cold calls. At UXGO, you book sessions with alumni or coaches after working through specific insights, focusing on targeted skill development—not general coffee chats.

Is a membership a course?

No, the course format lacks "insight" and is often too generic. Our membership offers a comprehensive approach to networking, you network only with the best, for Free.

What happens if I have interview I want help with, but I am not a member yet

You can either network with existing members and find two people who are willing to vouch for you, or apply through our referral pathway by filling out a short application
